Get the details right before you order

Personalized prints live or die on accuracy. Check the spelling of both names as they use them, not as they appear on a passport. Check the date format — a couple who married abroad often think of the date the other way round. For a location print, drop the pin on the pub, the beach or the street corner rather than the town centre; the specificity is the gift.

Framing for a home you have not seen

New couples and newlyweds usually have a half-finished house and no fixed style yet. Oak and white are the two frames least likely to clash with whatever they choose later. A mat is worth adding — it makes a print look like something they bought for the house rather than something they were given.
