About this frame

A slim, square 17mm profile — understated and endlessly versatile, in a deep, confident black in a smooth, closed-grain finish. It suits monochrome photography, bold typographic prints and anything you want to feel grounded and gallery-sharp. Each frame is cut, mitered and assembled to fit your print — handmade in the UK and shipped ready to hang.

  • Backed in archival foamboard with sealed edges.
  • Ships with hanging hardware fitted; larger frames include wire + screws.
  • Prints on archival paper with pigment inks, 100+ years light-fast.

If anything arrives damaged, we replace it.

What size frame do I need for children's artwork?

Most school and home artwork is A4 or A3, but kids rarely draw to a standard size. Every frame here is made to measure — enter the exact dimensions of the drawing and we cut the moulding to fit, with an optional mount around it.

Can I frame the original drawing myself?

Yes. Buy the empty frame (and mount) at the size you need, and slot the original in at home. Or upload a photo and we'll print and frame a copy for you.

Can you print from a photo of the drawing?

Yes — upload a clear photo or scan and we'll print it onto fine-art paper and frame it. Great for making copies for family or preserving artwork that's fading.

How can I display lots of my child's artwork?

A set of matching frames makes an easy gallery wall — pick one moulding and order a few at the same size. Swap the artwork in and out as new pieces come home.
