We aim to deliver 5-10 business days after ordering.

You will find the deliver by date shown on all product pages as well as your order confirmation email.

We use a few couriers for shipping depending on the size of the print/frame option, these are: Fedex, UPS or DHL Express. Generally the smaller framed prints 12" x 16" and lower are sent with UPS/DHL Express and anything larger is sent via Fedex. Once your order is despatched we will send you the tracking information as well as who it has been shipped with so you can monitor the progress of the shipment.

Europe

We ship from the UK for deliveries into Europe and maybe subject to import taxes, please check with your local customs for further information.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation email after ordering which will include a summary of your purchase(s) and of the information you entered at checkout. Please do ensure that you type your email address in correctly otherwise you will not get this confirmation. If you notice that you have incorrectly typed in your email address please email us with the time you placed the order and your name so that we can locate your order.

Returns and Exchanges

All our products on the site are made to order and personalised and therefore it is not possible to return your order. We do of course offer 100% satisfaction on all orders if we have made a mistake. If you are not happy, let us know and we will endeavour to rectify any issue.
