What counts as a personalized print
Star maps, custom map prints, photo collages, framed photo prints, sound wave and song lyric prints. These are designed online by you and go straight to print, framed or unframed.
Why frames and mats take a day longer
Picture frames, mats and custom framing are cut to your size after you order, so they need one more working day in the workshop before they ship.
Order early if you're sending a photo
If your gift uses a photo, check it is the best copy you have before ordering — the original from the phone, not a screenshot or a picture sent over a messaging app, which are usually compressed. Our Christmas photo ideas guide has tips for taking one worth framing.
Missed the date?
A gift card is sent by email, so it arrives in time whenever you buy it. Your recipient can then design their own print or choose their own frame in the new year.
