Common questions
Can I get a name printed on a picture mat?
Yes. Text is printed directly onto the mat board in the bottom border — usually a name, title or date as a heading with an optional smaller second line. You type it in the mat designer and see it on the preview before you order.
How much does personalization cost?
From €6,95, priced by the finished size of the mat: XS €6,95, S €9,95, M €12,95, L €15,95, XL €20,95. It is added to your order as its own line.
Can I add my own logo?
Yes — upload a PNG or JPG in the designer. It can print beside the text, above centered text, or on its own. Best results come from a logo on a plain or transparent background.
Which fonts can I choose?
Twelve: Playfair Display, Cormorant Garamond, EB Garamond, Lora, Cinzel, Montserrat, Poppins, Raleway, Oswald, Dancing Script, Great Vibes and Sacramento.
Is the text printed or engraved?
Printed onto the mat board itself before the mat is cut, so it sits flush with the board rather than being a sticker or a plaque.
Can I buy personalization on its own?
No — it is an add-on to a mat, print or framed photo, because the text is printed on the board we cut for your order. Start in the mat or print designer and switch it on there.
