How is the gift card delivered?
By email. Tick "I want to send this as a gift" to send it straight to the recipient, with your message, either as soon as you check out or on a date you choose. Leave it unticked and it comes to you, ready to forward or print.
What can it be spent on?
Anything on our website — picture frames, custom framing, framed photos, maps, mounts and prints. The code is entered at checkout.
Does it have to be spent in one go?
No. Any balance left after an order stays on the card for next time, and the link in the gift card email shows the remaining balance.
Does the gift card expire?
No. Our gift cards never expire, so there is no rush to spend it.
Can I choose a different amount?
Yes — get in touch and we'll set up a gift card for the amount you need.
Can I give it as a physical card?
Gift cards are digital, but the gift card email links to a page with the card and its code that can be printed and popped in a birthday card.
